Start with the work the account has not explained

For an operating-leadership discussion, describe the product or service promised, the stages already completed and the decision still outstanding. I would like to understand which owner controls release, what the customer has authorised and where an internal activity count is being interpreted as fulfilment. A first conversation should use a bounded example rather than confidential customer records or repair details. For an outside-board enquiry, explain the enterprise, the chair’s concern and the expected annual commitment. I have no statutory appointment and would need further preparation, employer consent and a specific eligibility and independence assessment. My contribution would concern the quality of the operating judgement and its account. It would not substitute for qualified product assessment, customer authority or management’s responsibility to fulfil the agreement. Please identify the unresolved obligation before proposing a general transformation mandate.
