Tell me which board, and why now

Technology for a Shikoku securities firm whose median customer is sixty-eight years old.

A short note is the best start. Tell me which company and board you represent, why technology risk or supplier dependence matters to that board now, which committee you have in mind and roughly how many days the role involves. Please include whether the company has dealings with Ogiwatari Securities, with either of our allied regional banks or with Kuranoe Information Systems, since that answer may settle the matter quickly. I am glad to speak with chairs, nomination committee members and search advisers. I cannot discuss Ogiwatari customers, our incident reports or our supplier contracts, and requests for brokerage services, account help or job applications belong with our branches and human resources department rather than with me. Any appointment would need my president's consent before I could commit to it, and I would rather say so in the first conversation than in the last.
