The Executive Passport for Chief Executive Officers

Private CEO evidence built around the enterprise decision, board relationship and succession condition rather than title prestige.

The office is a constitution

A CEO mandate begins with what the board reserves, what management owns and which decision cannot be delegated

Chief Executive Officer is the broadest title in this corpus and therefore the least useful without a Charter. A listed bank CEO, founder-successor in SaaS, health-system chief, pre-commercial life-sciences leader and industrial portfolio CEO answer to different governing bodies, stakeholders, licences, capital conditions and first-year consequences.

The Mandate Charter names entity and ownership, board and committee relationship, enterprise purpose, condition, stakeholder perimeter, delegated authority, succession context, first irreversible decision and evidence exclusions. The CEO assessment examines strategy, capital, institution or product duty, operating system, people, technology, customers, crisis, board candour and succession on the terms of that exact office.

Candidate evidence should show a consequential choice and the dissent around it, not simply a company result. It records what the CEO personally knew, decided and reported; which qualified owners remained independent; what changed the plan; and which later state an authorised observer can verify.

Five markets, five board contexts

London accountability, New York entity complexity, Singapore regional tension, UAE ownership and Bay Area founder dynamics change CEO transfer

Every market-industry dossier uses its own governing sources and board problem. A leader who has managed a global business may still lack local legal-entity or regulated authority. A first-time CEO may be credible when divisional evidence proves enterprise judgment and board communication, but the transfer gap must remain visible.

The Jobs pages let sitting leaders examine these differences without public application. Search pages help chairs compare provider teams, off-limits, assessment design and reference evidence without broadcasting the appointment.
