For boards, chairs and CHROs
Reach the leaders who are not looking, without telling your market.
Post one seat. It is matched against assessed C-suite leaders across 25+ markets — privately, with the reasoning attached, and without your vacancy ever being published.
How it works
- 01
Post the mandate
Describe the seat in the same terms we assess leaders on: scale, situation, sector, market, and what must be true of the person. Fifteen minutes. The seat is never advertised and your company is never named until you choose.
- 02
Leaders come to you
The mandate is matched against every Passport on the Exchange, and the leaders it fits are told. The ones who are interested apply — nobody is cold-called and nobody is placed in front of you who did not choose to be.
- 03
You see evidence before names
Each applicant arrives as a blind Passport: what they have run, at what scale, in which situations, with their assessment score. You ask to go further; they say yes; then you see the name. Your competitors’ people and your own are screened out before you see anyone.
- 04
You decide
Interview, shortlist and appoint as you would. Nothing here replaces your judgement; it only changes who is in the room.
What it costs
Who may post. Company officers accountable for the appointment: a chair, a chief executive, a CFO, a CHRO, a general counsel, a company secretary, a board member, or an investor director hiring into a portfolio company. Every sponsor is verified before a mandate is published.
