The customer problem beyond the reusable component
I would examine the twelve-programme review through the distinction between shared software and a standard customer undertaking. The audience would hear the sales argument for retaining all twelve in the market story and the service-design reason for keeping four bespoke workflows outside the standard proposition. The CNY 8.4 million response expense would remain visible. Participants would consider what evidence supports repeatability and which differences genuinely matter to the customer. I would not offer a technical architecture method or assume permission to reuse an asset from the fact that it exists. Those assessments remain with their responsible owners. An actual session would use authorised examples and invite commercial and operating perspectives rather than let one discipline define the whole service. This proposed fictional talk is intended to improve the leadership account of a proposition, with no promise of a particular margin, delivery outcome or level of standardisation from following the example.
