Start with the decision your organisation faces

I welcome a focused introduction from a chair, nomination adviser or executive-search partner who can describe the organisation, the decision it faces and the contribution being considered. For board discussions, please include the sector, ownership, committee expectations and approximate annual time commitment. I will review potential conflicts before discussing confidential information. Speaking invitations are most useful when they identify the audience and the question participants need to examine; I prefer a working discussion to a general address about leadership. I am not seeking an immediate chief executive move, and I do not accept requests to arrange lending, influence a credit decision or endorse an investment through this website. The demonstration contact link illustrates where a real member's chosen contact channel would appear. It does not contact the fictional leader, and it should not be used to submit customer information or sensitive financial documents.
