Describe the financial question facing your board

A useful introduction would describe the company's service model, ownership and the financial question its board needs help examining. Please indicate the proposed capacity, likely committee responsibilities and expected annual time commitment. I would need to identify any relationship with Mirelva's clients or suppliers before discussing suitability. Initial correspondence should not include customer account records, unpublished financial statements or confidential board papers. A short description of the issue is enough to establish whether a further conversation may be worthwhile. I am particularly interested in situations where contract terms and management measures have become difficult to reconcile, or an ownership transition has changed the capital questions facing the board. My current CFO responsibilities remain central to my availability. An introduction is an invitation to assess fit, not an indication that I can accept an appointment or that an independence assessment has already been completed.
