Write to me with a specific workforce question

The new grid will be built mostly by people already in energy work, if employers settle the start dates, rosters and farm-gate conditions that decide whether they come.

Three kinds of approach are welcome. A chair or nomination committee outside electricity networks and construction may write about a people and remuneration or safety committee seat; please say what the board lacks, the time involved and any dealings with Pennardine. Conference organisers and industry bodies may invite me to discuss coal workforce transition, psychosocial hazards in field work or roster governance, provided the session leaves room for disagreement. And people leaders at other energy employers are welcome to compare notes on a specific problem. I am not open to executive search approaches. I cannot comment on Pennardine's tenders, clients, wage rates or bargaining, or on any individual employee. Pennardine employees and apprentices with a workplace concern should use our people support line or speak to their health and safety representative, where someone can act on it. Please send no personnel records, medical information or agreement drafts with a first message.
