The conversations I welcome, and the ones I cannot have

I welcome a conversation with a nomination committee chair or a search partner about an independent directorship that fits my Board Readiness page: a listed company outside generics, with regulated manufacturing or clinical operations, whose Audit Committee needs accounting depth. Please describe the company, the committees in question, the expected calendar and any relationship it has with Meruvel, its promoter group or its suppliers, so that I can check conflicts before we meet. I also welcome CFOs and Audit Committee members who want to compare notes on remediation finance, channel reporting or portfolio economics, and invitations to speak to finance and governance audiences.

I cannot discuss Meruvel's unpublished results, pending regulatory matters or anything else that is price-sensitive, and I do not take calls about investing in the company. Approaches about executive roles elsewhere are not something I am entertaining while my Meruvel programme is unfinished.
