Start with the company, the committee and the time you need

I welcome conversations about independent non-executive roles in infrastructure outside road concessions, about group technology roles that span several asset types, and about advisory or speaking work on operational-technology renewal, asset data and concession handback. It helps to know the company, its ownership, the committee you have in mind and the time commitment you expect, because any external role needs Elvaran's consent. I cannot discuss work for bidders or suppliers that compete with or sell to Elvaran, and I do not review technology products or provide references for suppliers. Please do not send confidential tender documents, network diagrams or incident reports in a first message; a short description of the question is enough for us to decide whether a call would be useful. I usually reply within a week, in English, Swedish or Portuguese.
