Start with the question you want answered

I welcome a short message from a chair or nomination committee considering a supervisory board or non-executive appointment, from an editor interested in a question I have written about, or from an organiser planning a serious discussion of catastrophe risk, insurance reporting or commercial distribution. Please tell me what the organisation does, what you are asking of me, how much time it would require and whether it has any relationship with Talvermark, as a client, broker, reinsurer or competitor. I am not considering executive roles, and I cannot respond to individual policy or claims questions through this site. Customers should contact Talvermark's service teams or their broker, who can see the details of their cover. Please do not send policy documents or personal data in a first message. I read everything that arrives here, but I reply only where I can be useful and where my current role allows it.
