Write to me if you chair or sit on a nominating committee looking for a director to examine technology, cyber risk or a large system replacement, at an organisation that neither competes with Merrowind nor sells to it. I also reply to cooperative and public power colleagues who are planning a billing conversion, setting up a large-load register or designing a cyber exercise for their board; tell me the size of your utility and the decision you face. Conference organisers are welcome when the session leaves room for disagreement. I do not take vendor introductions, and I cannot discuss Merrowind's security arrangements, our members' customers or any developer's project. Member-consumers with a bill or an outage should contact their own cooperative, which holds the account and dispatches the crews. A first message of a few lines is enough, and please hold attachments until we have spoken.
