Messages from three kinds of sender are the ones I answer first. A chair or nominating committee considering a non-executive appointment outside banking should tell me the company, the committee in mind, the time expected and any connection with Ledgemoor, so that I can check conflicts before we speak. Organisers of a substantive session on advertising in regulated finance, communicating with customers in a crisis or fair lending in digital marketing should send the question they want answered and describe the audience. Marketing, compliance and fair-lending colleagues at other banks are welcome to compare notes on a specific problem. I am not taking search approaches for executive roles at present.
