Write with a company, a committee and a question

I read three kinds of message closely. A board chair or nomination committee considering a non-banking company with rural or older customers can write with the company, the committee in question and the time a seat would take. Organisers of a working session, rather than a showcase, on bank operations, fraud controls or service for older customers can tell me the audience and the question they want answered. And operations heads at other rural banks comparing notes on consolidation or restricted-account redress are welcome to write directly. Please mention any dealings with Xuantang Rural Commercial Bank in your first note, because they may rule me out. Executive search approaches are not something I am taking up at present.
