Most messages that find me are meant for someone else at Lisandre, so let me sort those first. Listeners with a problem with their account or a book should use the support options in the app or call our support line, where someone can fix it; I hear a sample of those calls every week in any case. Publishers, narrators and podcast creators interested in our catalogue should write to our content team, and people applying for jobs should use our careers page. I do read, and answer within a fortnight, three kinds of note: from a chair or nominations committee considering a non-executive appointment of the kind described on my readiness page; from organisers of a conference or seminar on subscription design, recommendation with obligations or accessible products who want a speaker prepared to disagree with the room; and from product leaders in other sectors who want to compare notes on older customers.
