Chief Data Officer Canada

Send me a specific question about customer data

A pharmacy chain's customers lend us their shopping history; my job is to decide what we may conclude from it and what we must decline to.

Three kinds of note reach me and get a reply. The first comes from a board chair or nominating committee outside pharmacy, beauty and grocery that is considering a risk or data committee appointment. The second is from someone organising a serious discussion of consent, price fairness, sensitive inference or loss analytics in retail, where there is room for disagreement. The third is from another chief data officer or privacy leader who wants to compare notes on a specific design problem. A useful first message names the organisation, the question, the likely time involved and any connection to Mirebrook. Executive search approaches are not something I am taking up at the moment. I cannot discuss individual members, Mirebrook's pricing models or our supplier terms. Members with a question about their own data or offers should use Mirebrook Circle's privacy request service, which reaches people who can act on it, and suppliers should go through the partner network team.
