Describe the commitment behind the proposed product claim

Please begin with the product or development decision your board needs to examine. An anonymised description of the application, ownership and investment question is enough for an initial conversation. Formulations, detailed process conditions, supplier histories and unpublished test records should remain with their authorised owners. I would ask about the board's existing expertise, the intended committee contribution, commercial overlap and the expected calendar. I am exploring a first non-executive role alongside CTO employment, with employer consent, assessment preparation and company-specific review still required.
