Bring me the board's operating question

If your company is looking for an independent director with plant experience, please write with a short note on the business, its plants and workforce, the committee where you see a gap and the expected time commitment. A chair, a nomination committee member or a search adviser acting for the company is welcome to make the first contact. I will reply within a week and tell you plainly if the fit or my availability does not work. Before any detailed discussion I would need to check for conflicts with Thenvayu and seek my own board's consent, so please name the company once you are comfortable doing so. I am not available for consulting, supplier introductions or product enquiries about fans, coolers or water heaters; those should go to Thenvayu's sales and service teams. Speaking requests on plant safety can be sent, but I accept very few.
