Chief Human Resources Officer Canada
Describe the workforce question your board faces
A contractor can only promise what its crews can be trained, kept safe and brought back to build after the season ends.
If your board is weighing a growth plan, an acquisition or a new region that depends on skilled tradespeople, I would welcome a short description of the business and of the workforce question you want a director to help the board examine. Please include the company's ownership, its main regions, the committee you have in mind and roughly how many board days the seat involves. I will tell you early whether any relationship with Brenmarrow's clients, partners, subcontractors or unions would prevent me from serving. Search firms acting for a board are welcome to contact me through this site. I cannot respond to employment enquiries, union matters or subcontracting proposals for Brenmarrow here; those should go to the company directly. I do not need confidential workforce or safety records at the first conversation; a brief note is enough to begin.
