Name the committee and the decision ahead

Each client should find its callers' information exactly where it agreed to keep it, and nowhere else.

The most useful first message names the committee you are filling and the decision the board expects to face in the next two years, whether a platform replacement, an outsourcing arrangement or a new use of customer data. A short note on the company's ownership and meeting cycle helps me judge whether eighteen days a year is enough. I read introductions from chairs, corporate secretaries and search advisers myself and reply within a week. Before any detailed conversation I will send a list of Tidelorne's main clients and suppliers so that conflicts surface early. Please do not send customer records, incident reports or audit findings at this stage; a description of the issue is enough. Enquiries about contact-centre services, vendor products or employment at Tidelorne belong with the company's own teams, and I will pass them on rather than answer them here.
