Tell me which decision is ahead of your board

If a board is weighing a new town, a capital partner, a long approval or the renewal of ageing assets, I would welcome a description of the decision and of the committee where you see me contributing. It helps to know the organisation's ownership, the regions it serves and how often the board and committees meet, because my available time is limited and must suit my role at Kurrawind. I will check any approach against our competitors, our joint-venture partner and the councils we deal with before a first conversation goes far, and I will tell you plainly if a conflict rules me out. Chairs, company secretaries and search advisers are all welcome to write. Enquiries about living in one of our villages, about a resident's contract or about selling land to us should go to Kurrawind's village and development teams, who can answer them properly.
