Write about the board, not the software

If your supervisory board or nomination committee is considering a member with plant-systems and security experience, please tell me about the company, its ownership, the committee you have in mind and the meeting calendar. A short description of what is prompting the search is more useful to me than a full set of papers. I can only take on a role with my employer's consent and after reviewing whether your company buys from, sells to or competes with Halvesberg, so naming your main sectors early saves us both time. A first call can be with your chair, a member of your nomination committee or the executive-search adviser you have retained. Vendors offering software, security or consulting services, and enquiries about valve orders, should go to Halvesberg's purchasing or sales teams instead; I will pass on anything that reaches me but cannot answer it here.
