I make the systems behind commercial kitchen workspaces reflect the room, the time between users and the conditions that must be settled before the space can be offered again.

A room can appear free in an application while still carrying unfinished work or an unresolved commitment. I want the system to preserve that distinction before it makes the next promise.

2019 — Withdrawing a calendar release that had removed the work between users
I approved a booking release after checks showed that reserved periods did not overlap and that the application handled consecutive uses correctly.
The booking release I approved in 2019 showed consecutive uses fitting neatly into the calendar. It omitted the ninety-minute turnover interval facilities had specified for the selected operating arrangement. Of twenty-four reviewed bookings, seventeen fitted the actual sequence and seven conflicted. The screen was internally consistent; the operating promise was not. We rebuilt the sequence so twenty-one fitted and three were rescheduled with the responsible teams. I withdrew my acceptance because a technically successful calendar had concealed work that still needed time.
I lead technology at Drevqazni Kitchen Properties in Jamshedpur. The enterprise operates twelve commercial kitchen premises, four owned and eight leased, providing workspace access and property services rather than producing food. It employs 286 people and recorded ₹96 crore revenue for FY2025–26. Three heads lead thirty-two technology colleagues within ₹6.7 crore annual expense, with a distinct ₹2.4 crore approved programme. I report to CEO Arun Vezqalthi and work with facilities head Meera Zaqvelni. Systems must carry the operating conditions; qualified owners still determine premises suitability, technical requirements and the responsibilities of the actual food businesses.
Later reviews challenged room descriptions copied beyond their supporting evidence and a cancellation workflow that made space appear offerable before physical or contractual questions were settled. I want a business system to retain those intermediate states rather than convert an unfinished account into a convenient answer. I have no statutory board appointment, and a first outside contribution would require governance learning and a specific assessment before acceptance. Twenty-two proposed annual days would need to fit alongside executive duties. The contribution I could bring is a practical question about the promise inside the software: what must be true in the room, in the sequence and in the agreement before the next customer can reasonably rely on it?
Turnover time restored to a booking sequence
The selected twenty-four bookings were rebuilt around the specified interval: twenty-one fitted and three were rescheduled.
Amenities tied to the room they actually described
Fifty-six of sixty reviewed description rows were supported after examination; four remained withheld.
Cancellation kept separate from permission to offer again
Forty-eight cancelled bookings split into thirty-two released spaces, ten awaiting inspection and six awaiting contractual clearance.
Systems connected with accountable premises decisions
Technical workflow represents the professional decision without turning an application status into a certificate or a contractual right.
