I run the software a building site needs before its first worker walks through the gate, usually between six and seven in the morning.
If your board is weighing a technology, data or resilience question and wants a director who has run software that people depend on early in the morning, I would welcome a short description of the organisation and the seat. It helps to know your ownership, the committee you are filling, how often it meets and what prompted the search. Please leave out confidential security reports and incident details until we have agreed how they will be shared.
