Bring me the decision your board is weighing

Write to me if your company's board is weighing what to charge for, what to give away, whom to license or how to introduce AI-generated content, and wants a director or adviser who has made those choices in a content business. A short note naming the company, its ownership, the committee you have in mind and the time commitment is enough for a first conversation. I would rather speak with the chair or an authorised search adviser than receive detailed papers before any confidentiality arrangement exists. I cannot discuss Qiaoyuting's licensing terms, authors' contracts or unpublished plans, and enquiries about buying our adaptation rights should go to our rights team rather than to me. Any external role would need my employer's agreement and a review of overlapping partners, so I will say early if a conflict rules me out.
