Describe the responsibility you want the board to examine

Please describe the company, the assets or services it manages and the decision that has prompted the approach. A board enquiry is easier to assess when it explains the expected contribution, current ownership, meeting rhythm and preparation required. I am particularly interested in businesses where investment commitments create continuing obligations on another organisation’s property or operations. An introduction does not need a polished proposal, but it should identify who is seeking the appointment and what responsibility would come with it. My present CEO role remains my priority, and any outside position would require consent and a review of relevant relationships. Please keep project sales, equipment quotations and operating incidents within their established company channels.
