For an outside-board enquiry, identify the intended contribution and calendar alongside my current executive directorship and beneficial interest. Initial material should exclude confidential customer contracts, plant configurations and protected supplier terms. A non-confidential account of the promise and the unresolved decision is enough to begin. Once the purpose and authority are clear, we can agree how to examine the evidence with the appropriate professionals. I would prefer that discussion to a broad request to accelerate growth before the organisation has established what its system can responsibly deliver.
