The Executive Passport for Healthcare
Private executive evidence for organisations where care, licensed accountability, workforce, finance, technology and patient trust must remain joined.
Care authority before corporate title
A healthcare C-suite mandate is incomplete until the board names who can change care and who must remain clinically independent
Healthcare delivery spans hospitals, ambulatory networks, diagnostics, virtual care, medical services, payer-provider interfaces and technology-enabled operations. Legal entity, licensed-service perimeter, clinical governance, patient population, funding model, workforce, estate and technology condition determine the mandate. Corporate seniority does not confer a right to make a clinical conclusion.
The Charter allocates board, executive, clinical, quality, safety, privacy, finance, workforce and technology rights before candidate research. It states the first patient-relevant decision, the evidence required, independent owners who can challenge it and records that cannot leave the provider. The assessment rewards executives who make qualified authority executable rather than those who absorb every decision into their own office.
Patient identities, medical records, privileged quality material, protected incidents, employee health information, credentials, vulnerabilities and unreleased transactions remain excluded. Official health and privacy sources are cited by publisher, title and consultation date without outbound links.
One pathway, six accountabilities
Strategy, finance, operations, people, technology and communication should converge on the patient without collapsing professional boundaries
The CEO joins mission, service and board stewardship. The CFO makes patient revenue, capital, reporting and financial resilience legible. The COO governs flow, access, capacity and continuity. The CHRO connects staffing, capability, reward and protected voice. The CTO makes clinical platforms, identity, exchange, devices and recovery dependable. The CMO protects service truth, access communication, privacy and reputation.
Every role-market pair uses cases that reflect its governing environment. A board-side provider review tests named personnel on those cases and evidence limits. A leader-side dossier explains how confidential matching can establish decision relevance without exposing the current employer or patient material.

The Executive Passport is not a clinical credential, regulator approval or background check. The hiring organisation retains clinical, legal, privacy, technical, employment, identity, reference and appointment diligence.
