The maintenance task hidden inside a standard module
I would follow a bathroom-module decision from a satisfactory installation arrangement to a problem with removing a service component after finishes were complete. The discussion would show why a factory drawing needs selected future tasks alongside its assembly sequence. Participants would examine the different responsibilities of the manufacturer, operations team, project engineers and technology sponsor. I would explain the cost of changing an affected variant and the limits of a successful physical demonstration, including what it does not establish about other maintenance activities. The session would then invite the audience to identify one task that should influence an early design review in their own context. This is a proposed leadership conversation, not a technical instruction for a particular module. Its practical purpose is to help decision-makers choose when a mock-up can still alter a consequential design choice and how the reason for that choice can remain understandable when later substitutions are considered.
