An invitation

Start with the project context and the contribution you need

Please introduce the construction or industrial context and the contribution you have in mind. For a board approach, it would help to understand the ownership, current project or manufacturing responsibilities, committee expectations and likely calendar. That gives us a practical basis for discussing whether my experience in methods, prefabrication and material qualification would complement the board's existing knowledge. Employer consent and a review of relevant relationships would be required before an appointment could proceed. For an advisory discussion or speaking invitation, describe the audience and the decision they want to examine. A conversation about a new construction method may need a different format from a board session about the evidence behind a productivity claim. Please avoid sending confidential project drawings or tender information in an initial message. We can first establish the purpose, possible connections and an appropriate scope for any further discussion.
