I welcome a focused discussion about a banking engineering mandate, a suitable board contribution or a speaking session on the durability of software decisions. A useful opening describes the enterprise, the problem being considered and the authority expected of the role. Public context is enough for the first exchange; please do not send customer account records, proprietary source code or confidential board papers. I already hold an executive appointment and one external directorship, so any further commitment needs an explicit review of time, relationships and employer agreement. For an event, the audience and the decision they are trying to understand help me suggest relevant material. My interests include compatibility, release history, maintainable calculation rules and internal platforms with clear boundaries. An initial enquiry begins a professional conversation and does not reserve time or establish that a proposed appointment is suitable.
