An invitation
Begin with the people decision your institution needs to make
I am interested in a conversation that begins with the people decision an institution needs to make. It might concern a future executive remit, a remuneration discussion, a workforce transition or a first board contribution. Please describe the organisation's stage, the responsibility sought and the expected time commitment so that the discussion can be substantive. I cannot advise on an identifiable employee case through a public enquiry, and confidential records should remain within an appropriate professional process. Speaking requests are most useful when they identify the audience and the management question it wants to examine. Any external activity must fit my employment obligations and receive the necessary consent. This is a fictional demonstration profile; the examples illustrate how a banking people leader might present a record of judgement, rather than offer access to a real individual or an appointment process.
