Begin with the product question and its context

I welcome a discussion that begins with the decision you want to examine. For a board proposal, please describe the company, its consumer proposition, the contribution sought and the expected calendar. For an advisory conversation, identify the product question and the point at which your team needs an external perspective. I cannot assess an opportunity from a title alone, and an initial exchange should establish relevance before confidential materials are shared. For speaking, I am interested in audiences willing to work through an example: two interpretations of an offer, an experiment that cannot support its result, or a software boundary whose commercial meaning deserves attention. Please include the audience, format and desired discussion. This fictional demonstration has no active personal contact address and makes no appointment or availability commitment. A real leader adapting it should publish only contact details they control and a description of work they are qualified and willing to consider.
