Decisions in context
As CMO I lead the marketing account of a fifty-location outpatient group without taking clinical authority. I report to Fiona Ashcombe and manage twenty-eight employees through four direct reports, with twelve agency personnel separately. My A$12.8 million authority for 2026 concerns marketing; the group's A$420 million 2025 revenue and 1,800 employees describe its wider scale. I work with Marcus Fenlow and operations colleagues when a public explanation depends on a professional or local fact that marketing cannot establish alone. The current case record concerns location information, contact choices, terminology, fee-enquiry routes and a listening programme still in progress. These decisions require a clear account of what has changed and what remains unconfirmed. I have presented relevant matters to the board as an executive since July 2020, while holding no directorships. My priority is to develop a marketing organisation that treats continuing practical accuracy as seriously as the first impression of a campaign.
Reason for the move
Current role; considering a compatible first non-executive contribution with appropriate preparation.
