An introduction would be useful if it describes the product decision and the customer task at stake. The question may concern the scope of a proposition, another person’s approval, an optional service or a transition that still has unresolved dependencies. I would first consider whether the requested discussion fits my experience and the activities permitted by my employment. A possible first-board contribution would need a separate conversation about preparation, relationships and realistic time. A real website should provide a maintained contact route and establish permission before further evidence is exchanged. The purpose is to identify a relevant next step, without treating a thoughtful enquiry as an accepted engagement or the arrival of a customer file as authority to use it.
