Start with the promise you want to understand

A useful first conversation would describe the service your company promises and the point at which you are uncertain that the operating account supports it. That might concern a customer handoff, an access offering, scope language or a dependency on service partners. I would want to understand the board's composition, the reason for seeking an operating perspective and the expectations of the role before considering access to detailed material.
