Chief Executive Officer Singapore / Southeast Asia
Who should write to me, and about what
In a consolidating mobile market, the remedies a company offers and the towns it keeps connected are the merger; the savings figure is only its arithmetic.
Three kinds of letter are welcome here. The first comes from a nomination committee chair or a search adviser with a non-executive seat that matches my Board Readiness page: a listed, regulated business outside telecommunications, in Malaysia or Singapore. It helps if that first message names the committees involved, the meeting calendar and any dealings the company has with Seralis, Teguh Permata or Corvantis, because I will check those before agreeing to a call. The second comes from operators, regulators or researchers working on merger remedies or network sharing in other markets who want to compare what has worked and what has not. The third is an invitation to speak to a professional audience on a subject I have written about.
I will not discuss Seralis's unpublished results, our dealings with regulators or anything else that could move our share price, and I do not answer investment approaches about the company. Suppliers will find our procurement team more useful than me. I am not considering executive roles. I read everything sent through this page and reply within about ten days.
