Writing to me: who, about what and how soon

If you chair a nominating committee or advise a board in Singapore or Malaysia, and the company relies on frontline people, physical sites or a cold chain, I would be glad to hear from you. A short note covering the company, its listing, the committees involved and the meeting calendar would help, and so would any connection it has with Rumbia, our landlords, our suppliers or the Seow family, so that I can test for conflicts before we speak.

I am also happy to talk with operations leaders, plant managers and others working on migrant recruitment, cross-border food logistics or bakery waste, and to share what we got wrong as readily as what worked. Food-rescue charities looking for help with cold storage or collection routes are welcome to write as well.

Please do not send requests about Rumbia's results, share price, unannounced sites or supplier tenders; I cannot discuss them. Executive approaches are not something I am weighing now. I read every message myself and answer within about ten days.
