Three kinds of message are welcome here. The first is from nomination committee chairs and search partners looking for an independent director for a Canadian consumer business. Please tell me the company, the committees in question, the meeting calendar and any dealings it has with Sablemere, Brisevent Commerce or the Tellamore Testing Co-operative, so that I can check for conflicts before we speak. The second, from the second half of 2027, is from search partners with a chief product or chief digital role at a larger Canadian retailer. The third is from product, design and accessibility leaders who want to compare practice on availability rules, resale grading or cancellation design; I learn a great deal from those exchanges.

I cannot discuss Sablemere's trading, plans or customers, our investor's intentions or the terms of any supplier contract, and I do not take sales approaches from software or personalisation vendors through this page. I read every message myself and reply in English or French, usually within a week. During November and December, our busiest weeks in stores, replies may take a little longer.
