Write to me with one specific question

Three kinds of message reach me and get a reply. The first is from a board chair or nominating committee outside banking considering a non-executive appointment, with a sentence on the committee in question and the time it would need. The second is a request to speak at, or join a working session on, accessibility in financial services, consumer data access or fee design, where I can describe our evidence rather than promote a product. The third is from a product leader at another credit union, cooperative or bank who wants to compare notes on one specific decision. I do not take executive search approaches, review vendors' products or discuss Lanternfield's contracts, client credit unions or pricing. Members of any credit union with a question about their own account should contact their credit union directly, because it can see the account and act on it, and I cannot.
