Tell me what the board is trying to decide

I read every introduction myself, so a short note is enough to begin. It helps to know three things: what the company sells and to whom, which board or committee is looking for another member, and the question that prompted the search. If that question involves accessibility, automated features or customers who are not technical, I am likely to be interested.
