Tell me about the plant behind the board

If your board or search firm is considering an industrial director with plant technology and security experience, a short note is the right start. Please tell me what the company makes, who owns it, which committee the role sits on and what prompted the search, whether a cyber incident, a modernisation programme, defence contracts or an ageing equipment base. I will reply within a week and suggest a call with the chair or search partner. If timing allows, I would also value a short plant walk before any formal interview.
