Chief Human Resources Officer Europe
Bring me the workforce question first
A store schedule is a promise about someone's income, and I want ours kept even in a slow week.
If you are a chair, a nomination committee member or a search adviser considering me for a board, please tell me the company's ownership, the size and make-up of its workforce, the committee you have in mind and the expected time each year. A short note is enough for a first conversation; I will ask for more if we continue, and I reply within a week. I cannot discuss Bralvinge's negotiations, pay levels or individual employees, and I will not comment on another retailer's labour relations. Suppliers, landlords and service providers should approach the relevant Bralvinge department rather than me, and applications for work in our stores are handled through our recruitment pages. When my calendar allows I am glad to talk with students and researchers about scheduling and younger workers, though board conversations come first.
