I welcome an introductory discussion with a chair or search adviser considering a non-executive appointment in industrial services, equipment support or business infrastructure. A useful first note would describe the company, its ownership, the board's present composition and the decision or transition that makes additional experience necessary. Please distinguish an exploratory conversation from a formal search and indicate the expected annual commitment. I remain in a full-time executive role, so any appointment would depend on employer agreement and a detailed conflict review.
