Chief Human Resources Officer Australia
Bring the workforce question your board is weighing
In a data-centre business, the slowest part of any customer promise is usually a person we have not yet vetted, trained or safely rostered.
If your board is weighing a workforce question that sits close to operating risk, I would welcome a short description of it. Useful details are the company's ownership and size, the committee you have in mind, the expected time each year and the business relationships that might matter to my employer. Approaches from a chair, a nominations committee or a search firm acting for the company are all appropriate. I cannot advise on individual employment disputes, discuss Quenwarra Data Services customers or pay rates, or comment on clearance applications, which belong to the people and agencies involved. Requests for hosting, network services or careers at Quenwarra should go to the company's own teams. Any appointment would need my chief executive's written consent, and I would tell you early if a relationship made a conversation inappropriate.
