Tell me what the seat will need

If a board or its search adviser is considering me, I would find three things useful at the start: what the company does with data about people and vehicles, which committee the seat would join, and what prompted the search now. A short note is enough. I would rather not receive customer lists, data-protection reviews or incident files before both sides have agreed how confidential material will be handled. I still work full time at Qianmoyun Freight, so any appointment would need my employer's consent and a check of our commercial relationships with the company. Freight enquiries, claims, and drivers' or consignees' questions about their own data should go to Qianmoyun's service and data-protection teams, who can answer them properly. I am happy to speak first with the chair or an authorised adviser, in Mandarin or English.
