Start with what the reader and creator need to keep

Tell me which reading or creator task your product is making harder than it needs to be. I would like to understand what the person is trying to retain, which choice the interface has already made for them and where the creator’s approval belongs. An initial conversation can use an anonymised workflow rather than unpublished artwork or private reader records. For a product-leadership mandate, explain the relationship between research, design, engineering and publisher decisions. For a first board discussion, describe the oversight contribution, the chair’s expectations and the learning and time required alongside my CPO role. I cannot infer every reader’s preference from one study or supply rights through an appointment. I can help examine whether a convenient product change preserves the meaning and choices that make the experience valuable.
