Tell me what your assets must survive

If your board is weighing a first approach, a short note explaining the operating risks it wants examined would help me most. Tell me what the company runs, where its assets are, which committee you have in mind and how many days the role really needs. I will reply with any relationships that rule me out before we spend time on detail, because conflicts with road companies, contractors and suppliers are likely. Please do not send incident reports or unpublished figures at this stage. I welcome conversations with chairs, nomination committee members and search advisers acting for a company. I cannot help with toll disputes, FASTag refunds, road complaints or contractor registration; those belong with the concession's helpline or the relevant authority, which can resolve them properly. Any appointment would need my employer's written consent.
