Start with the company and the seat on offer

If you are a chair, a nominating committee member or a search adviser considering me for an outside directorship, a short note describing the company, its market, its board structure and the committee you have in mind is the best start. I will reply with any relationship I can see between that company and Tateyukari before we discuss anything further, because a conflict found late wastes everyone's time. Please do not send non-public plans or figures at the first stage. I cannot discuss our customers, their products, contract terms or pricing, and this page is not a route to our sales team; manufacturing enquiries belong with Tateyukari's business development office through the company's own channels. Requests for comment on generic shortages are better addressed to industry associations. I read messages myself and answer within a week.
