Start with the organisation and the seat

If you chair or advise a board that needs a director with practical experience of clinical systems and cyber risk, I would welcome an introduction. Tell me what the organisation does, who owns it, which committee the seat would join and the meeting pattern for the year. If an incident or a major system replacement lies behind the search, a general description is enough at first; detail can follow under a confidentiality agreement.
